The engineer Dean attended and was very friendly! He was clear about what needed to be done, particularly as the position of the leaking pipe was in an awkward area and required wall cutting, and once agreed he gathered parts and was done within two hours. Before leaving he advised how long to let everything dry out and to call again if there were any issues. Fantastic work and very happy with how fast and easily it was all sorted.”
